Delete Your Account

ExamGenius AI respects your privacy and gives you control over your account and personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your ExamGenius AI account by:

• Using the in-app Delete Account option (when available), or
• Sending an email to asdigisolution24@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete My ExamGenius AI Account".

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Account profile information
• Learning progress and practice history
• Saved preferences and personalization
• Cloud-synchronized educational records associated with your account

Data Retention

If an account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days, it may be permanently removed along with its associated educational data as part of our data-retention policy.

Certain records (such as payment or transaction records) may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable law or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

Security

User data is protected using industry-standard security practices. Data transmitted between the app and our services is encrypted in transit, and reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.
